Initiate Your Request
Log into your ICONA VAPE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
